    On white and cream coats, sometimes a faint mark where the buckle sits, and it washes out. It is the same patina the hardware gets. Nickel-free, lead-free, tested annually.
    How do I re-wax the webbing?

    Rub the wax tin along the strap, warm it with a hair dryer for 30 seconds, hang it overnight. Ten minutes of work, once a year.
    Can you engrave in languages other than English?

    Any characters our 3 fonts support, which covers most Latin scripts, plus digits and 14 symbols. The preview shows exactly what the machine cuts.
    Do you make gear for cats?

    No. We respect cats too much to claim we understand them.

    Cut, sewn, riveted, and engraved at 1120 SE Ankeny St in Portland. The brass is cast in Ohio, the webbing woven in North Carolina, the felt milled in Minnesota.
