Warranty

Year 1 covers chew damage: one free replacement per item, no photos of the crime scene required, though we do enjoy them. Stitching, hardware, and rivets are covered for 10 years of normal dog use, which in our testing includes creeks, gravel, fences, and one documented tractor incident.

Not covered: lost gear, bonfires, and the second chewing. The warranty follows the order email, so there is no registration card and no account required.

To claim: email hello@snarky.dog with your order number and what happened. The replacement ships in 2 business days.

About 4% of orders claim the chew warranty. Clive is responsible for our internal number.
