Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm Pacific ship the same day from Portland. Free over $75, flat $6 under that. US only for now; Canada is close, and the Journal will say so when it happens.

Engraved tags add 2 business days. Everything ships USPS or UPS with tracking, and the only email you get is the one with the tracking number.

Returns

60 days, no questions. Used, muddy, hair-covered gear is fine. Print the label from your order email, drop it in the box, and the refund lands when the carrier scans it, so you are not waiting on our warehouse.

Sale items return for store credit. Engraved tags do not return, for the obvious reason, and we remake a typo for free if it was ours.
